Class - Beginner Jelly Roll Quilt

If you know how to sew but have never made a quilt and you want to make a quilt;
If you don't know how to sew but you want to make a quilt;
If you want to make a quilt, live on a budget, and want to know which supplies you REALLY need;
If you made a quilt before but it was a long time ago and you know things have changed;
If you consider yourself a beginner and want to meet new beginners.....

Supplies needed:
Sewing machine (in working order) & manual (If you don't have a machine, talk to (Sew It Seams) about a rental.
Extension cord.

Typical sewing supplies:
Sewing machine needles
Thread - neutral color (white, ivory or light gray)
Seam Ripper
Any of your favorite supplies when you are sewing

Bring (only if you have):
Small 9"x12" self-healing mat, rotary cutter, and a quilting ruler (at least 12" length, any width. If you do not have a rotary cutter & mat, you will be able to use those provided in class (you may have to wait in line).

Pencil & notebook/tablet for taking notes

You will be able to purchase "Jelly Rolls" needed the day of class and backing and binding.

Requirements: A machine in good working order that you are familiar with. General sewing supplies (scissors, snips, rotary cutter and mat, pins) and anything in general that you enjoy using while sewing. One jelly roll (2 1/2" fabric roll; may bring your own or purchase day of class or prior to event.
